By conducting a thorough market analysis and evaluation of the asset, a sales proposition will be generated which will form the basis of an information memorandum.
3. Marketing strategy
Development of a potential target list of purchasers and an agreed and regulated release of confidential information to those parties.
4. Information memorandum and data reconciliation
We construct a confidential information memorandum and assist in preparing your data room.
5. Manage the sales process
Co-ordination of all bidders and sales process timetables. Receive and evaluate indicative offers. Liaise with financial and legal professionals on deal structure.
6. Due Diligence
Assist in access and resolution of any potential issues.
7. Completion
Our ultimate goal is to realise true value for your asset.
