Our UK client asked us to review their established products for opportunities as part of a strategic review. We studied their performance history and trends in certain therapeutic areas and produced a plan to optimise the portfolio with additional dosages, new presentations and combinations. We’re pleased to say some of these are now launched and the business grew in value considerably.
