A global business decided after a strategic review to divest some assets, unfortunately due to a retirement they did not have the necessary resource internally. The business tried to divest the assets but the process started to compete with other projects. We picked up the project, valued the asset correctly and found a suitable buyer who was delighted to take it ‘as is’ and repair the supply chain and find a suitable contract manufacturer.
